Pennrose Properties, a leading developer of both affordable and market-rate housing, initially engaged DDCworks for PR support and creative design for its various properties throughout the U.S. But when Pennrose was about to kick-off a corporate-wide reorganization, they called on DDCworks to help craft and deploy a new brand. The merging of the company’s property development and property management businesses in addition to expanding into traditional multi-family housing market was essentially bringing all of its various products, services and experience under one roof. Based on this, DDCworks created the “We Bring It All Together” re-branding campaign.

The integrated campaign was launched with a market-wide press announcement, open house and launch party, followed by trade industry advertisements, new sales collateral for each of its properties and proactive PR outreach in all the markets it serves.

As a result Pennrose generated nearly $1 million of ROI and emerged as a stronger company.
